Terms & Conditions / Refund Policy

Arlington Airport transportation, provide world class taxi services in Arlington and its adjacent cities in MA for airport transportation.

  • We accept VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS & PAYPAL as form of ayment.
  • "LOGAN AIRPORT CAR, INC " will be apear on Credit card statement.
  • Paypal payment goes under the corporate email name (loganairportcarservice@gmail.com).
  • There are maximum luggage restrictions depending upon the capacity and safety limits of the vehicle you choose.
  • You may cancel a service 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Less than 4 hour cancellation will not be allowed.
  • Cancellations / Modifications to existing reservations are only considered if via email to : info@airporttaxiarlington.com
  • For all Airport Pickup and Drop off services, two way toll will be charged as per Airport Authority rules and fees we have to bear.
  • In case of Snow Storms or heavy snowfall we might have to cancel the service. The passengers will be refunded the amount in that case.
  • We charge a gratuity of 20% on all services.
  • We provides service 24/7
  • Passenger are liable to update for any changes or delay.
  • Cancellations & No Shows:
    • Passenger no-shows will be billed "full fare".
    • All trips canceled within 4 hours scheduled pickup time will not be reunded.
  • Wait Time:
    • Local pickup: after grace period of 15 minutes elapsed, subject to waiting fee.
    • Airport pickup: after grace period of 1 hour elapsed, subject to waiting fee.
    • To avoid waiting fee, Please contact driver or call center (781) 645-7977.
